Local staffs
Currently there are 12 resident staffs are working at Working For Children- Rainbow Orphanage from Monday to Saturday morning. Five of them are volunteer advisors to assisting orphanage managing , community- relationship, and financial controlling. Seven teachers and the school principle are employed by the government of Cambodia. There are also a number of student volunteers assisting WFC on a short- and long-term basis.

Mss. Hay Davean

Biography:
Davean has BA in Accounting and Finance. She worked as a Financial Manager.

Biography:
Hay is a Mathematics teacher from Government secondary school and teach our children and village children who is moving to high school.
Mr. Pean

Biography:
Pean was born in 1977. He married and have two children, his daughter name Marie 08 years old and his son name Veann 4 years old.
Pean completing his high school education 1996 and be came a Government teacher since 1997 . He always interesting with the children and support them specially orphan and poor children. With the help of friends, former teachers and villagers he made a commitment to provide a home and education for a small number of orphans and abandoned children closed his school. In 2007 he registered the Working for Children charity and established the Orphanage on its present site - using a piece of land he had inherited from his family. He has surrounded himself with a dedicated team of local people who, on a part time and often voluntary basis, have provided the care and the services needed to give these children a real opportunity in the new Cambodia.
Mr.Pinh

Biography:
Pinh was born in 1986 and also entered the tourism and hospitality industry after leaving High School. As a recent addition to the staff, teacher of English and work as well as assisting with administrative duties on site. His energy and willingness to support other members of staff and to take on extra jobs around the campus, make him a valuable staff member. Now he is studying English literature at University sponsor by Yves and Birgit our volunteer in early 2010.
Miss. Siek

Siek was born in 1980 and, Since joining the Orphanage team in 2007 she has been trained as a Chil care & Enviromrnt guide and developed her self from the work in orphanage.
Miss. Pom
Position: Handicraft Teacher

Biography:
Pom was born in 1981, she is a warm and loving person, after her father’s early death, lived at home and supported her mother and six siblings. She cycles each day from her village 7 Km away and works tirelessly at the Orphanage.
M.ss Nhagn
Position: Eco Farm Leader
Nhagn was born in 1973 at the height of the Khmer Rouge occupation of the villages. Like many children who lost parents early in life, she accepted responsibility for the care and upbringing of her 6 brothers and sisters. She is self educated, both reading and writing Khmer and, after joining the Orphanage, received training how to planting, cropping and feeding since joining orphanage Now she have many experience about cropping and feeding , She works quietly and tirelessly - sharing her skills and her warm personality with the villagers around orphanage and children in her care.
Mr. Ta Po
Position: Assistance of Agriculture ( Eco farm)
Biography:
Ta Po was born in 1947, he is a oldest staff in orphanage, he have many experience about cropping and feeding. He always works with Mss. Nhagn about how to cropping or feeding at Eco Farm like as feeding the cow / oxen, chicken, ducks, pigs and to blow vegetable garden.
Mr. Theng
Position: Assistant of Building development.
Biography:
Theng was born in 1977 and currently married with 2 children. He is an active and versatile person on the casual staff who, in addition to working on the Rainbow and communities development, helps prepare firewood for cooking, brings home the fishes.
Mr. Oun
Position: Building development leader
Biography:
Oun was born in 1974 and he is a GOOD resident staff. He is a night guard at chicken and ducks coop, and a good carpenter, concrete building of orphanage and communities . Both he and his assistant Mr Theng (one of the long time volunteers,) work well as a team, and tackle all those necessary maintenance tasks that keep the orphanage and the farm running smoothly.
Ms. Bo Sok Khey
Position: Sewing teacher
Biography:
Khuoch is a villager , has completed sewing training skill at Siem Reap since 2007. After leaving from vocational training school, she worked with a NOG in town until they finished project in 2010. Currently she is a Rainbow Orphanage sewing teacher.
