WFC is a non-profit charity organization, mainly depending on donations from both individuals and organizations to rebuild human resources in particular children, reduce poverty by assisting orphans and vulnerable children, improving the school environment, and developing rural communities in Cambodia.

Who We Are

Cambodia is a country that was suffered by civil war during the Pol Pot genocidal regime which resulted in poverty and uneducated to most of the villagers in the rural areas. To promote the quality of lives nationwide, both the government and foreign partners, have tried hard to deal with these issues, especially to educate the next generation.

Working For Children (WFC -Rainbow Projects) is a non-profit charity organization reg. No. 190 founded in 2007. WFC is independence as an aid organization, and it is mainly depending on donations from both individuals and organizations to help the children with our education and development programs.

WFC's mission is to rebuild human resources in particular children, reduce poverty by assisting orphans and vulnerable children, improving the school environment, and developing rural communities in Cambodia.

Based on the limited capacity, WFC has chosen to start the projects in its first target community, called Reul where is located some 29 km north-west of Krong Siem Reap. Siem Reap is the most popular tourist destination for tourists around the world, and its people benefit a lot from this industry, yet Reul commune is still one of the poorest and most indigent areas in Cambodia. WFC aims to achieve its goals through Rainbow Projects, subjecting to enhancements and improvements.
